Checking project plans
We’d love to hear anything about the gummy you hope to make, whether it be for a health foods project, an overseas export project, or a souvenir project (perhaps including the juice from a specific local fruit, for instance). Please share your plans with us.
02 Specification confirmation
Let us hear the specifications for the product you want to create.
Specifications include color, taste (richness, how the flavor should spread in mouth, level of acidity, etc.), texture (soft, hard), size, and so forth.
03 Prototype
04 Mixture formulation and mixture determination
05 Prototype endurance tests
Prototypes undergo inspection over around two months of endurance tests.
06 Line tests
Product is made using the same machines that will be used during full production.
07 Endurance tests of line product and further inspections
Prototypes undergo inspection over around two months of endurance tests.
08 Verifying contents of ingredients display and wrapping display
09 Full production and packaging processing
Packaging set processing is not offered on bulk orders.
